Based on the result of the Career Executive Service-Written Examination (CES-WE) given last 5 December 2015, twelve (12) candidates from the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao successfully passed the exam. Of these successful examinees, eight (8) are from the Department of Agrarian Reform ARMM namely: Amihilda J. Sangcopan, Regional Secretary; Atty. Anzarullah Zhadradi A. Abdullah, Chief, Legal Division, DARPO Lanao del Sur; Noemi P. Barretto, MARO/Chief of Staff, Office of the Regional Secretary; Jerry S. Anda, PARO I, DARPO Tawi-Tawi; Ronald Y. Gadaingan, CARPO, DARPO Basilan; Rocaina A. Mindalano-Camar, MARO/CARPO for BDCD, DARPO Lanao del Sur; Bai Shaharazad S. Lidasan, SuARPO; and Jarratul S. Radjid, Planning Officer III.
“Since last year, DAR-ARMM is committed to professionalize its workforce as contribution to the reform agenda of our Regional Governor, Mujiv S. Hataman. We started with the conduct of the Transformational Leadership Playshop in partnership with Future by Design Pilipinas in November, and the Bangsamoro Enhancement Program in partnership with the Bangsamoro Executive Leaders League, Inc. (BELL), before our key officials of DAR-ARMM took the CES-WE in December last year,” Regional Secretary Amihilda J. Sangcopan said.
Director for Support to Operations, PARO Rebecca R. Bautista added, “This triumph of eight (8) key officials in DAR-ARMM headed by our Regional Secretary is a motivation and inspiration to every official and employee of our agency to strive well in their field of work. All praises to the Almighty.”
CDA-ARMM Regional Administrator and BELL President, Dimnatang M. Radia, CESO V said, “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.” DAR implementers had proven their edge in rendering genuine public service. In return, all the wholehearted efforts were paid off with this historical feat, where two-thirds of those who successful passed the CES-WE given last December 6, 2015 are from DAR-ARMM.”
Today, DAR-ARMM conducted weekend-review class for the upcoming Civil Service Eligibility Examinations in April this year, for its 14 contractual employees and 15 enthusiastic college graduates.
